1. Registration :
- SUGARBEARWEEKEND is a private event.
- Association SUGARBEARWEEKEND reserves the right to refuse any registration
without having to provide a reason.

2. Cancellation :
- A registration may be cancelled no later than 2019, March 31st by sending an email to :
[email protected]
After confirmation of the request, the amount paid for the registration fee will be refunded but subjected to
a $10CAN processing fee. Registrations can not be cancelled after 2019, March 31st.
- Each B&B or Hotel that are associated with SUGARBEARWEEKEND will apply their own cancellation policies.

3. Each attendees :
- Certifies that he has at least 18 years of age.
- Agrees to conduct himself in a reasonable manner in the public areas of the hosting facilities.
- Agrees not to hold Association SUGARBEARWEEKEND, its officers, membership, guests, sponsors, or any
commercial establishment used in conjunction with this event responsible for any loss or injury either to
his property or his person while participating in this event.
- Assumes full responsibility for any damage or injury he may cause to the property or personnel of any
commercial establishment used in conjunction with this event.
- THE USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Grants the Association SUGARBEARWEEKEND, and anyone designated by such, the right to use his likeness, image, voice and appearance whether
recorded on or transferred to videotapes, films, slides, photographs, or other media, for publication, broadcast or
use on the web. Each attendee also understands that he will be given the opportunity at the event registration to
opt out of such agreement and will be supplied insignia indicating his choice not to be photographed.
